DGP Series floating fish feed pellet extruder machine is specialized pellet feed extrusion equipment designed for producing floating fish food, cat food, dog food, and other pet feed. The machine can produce various patterns with customizable molds according to specific requirements.

- Frequency conversion speed control rotary cutting device for adjustable pellet length
- Processes corn, soybean, animal scraps and other raw materials directly

- Handles powder materials directly; granular materials require pre-crushing to under 3mm
- Optimal raw material moisture content: less than 30%
- Mixing Machine: Put well-proportioned raw materials and water into mixer, stir quickly and evenly
- Feed Extruder: Transfer mixed materials to feeding hopper, activate blanking device, temperature control, and cutter for extrusion
- Collection: Place container under discharge port to collect semi-finished pellets
- Stainless Steel Dryer: Transfer semi-finished pellets to hot air dryer for even drying
- Anise Seasoning Machine: Add well-proportioned animal fat for tumbling seasoning
- Finished Product: After seasoning completion, pour out particles as final product
