DRY-40 Extruder Machine

WET & DRY EXTRUDER:
The dry method is to directly expand the raw materials into granules after crushing and mixing them. The wet method needs to be used with a steam boiler. A conditioner should also be installed on the extruder to connect it to the boiler through a pipeline.After the raw materials are crushed and mixed, they are first pre-cooked and tempered by the conditioner and steam, and then extruded into granules by the extruder.
In comparison, the wet method has a higher output with the same power, and the material produced is slightly finer. However, the wet method needs to be used with a steam boiler,and the production process is relatively complicated.
Using various cereals, grains, shrimp meal, fish meal, flour, etc. as raw materials, they can be combined with each other to make the feed more suitable for different species of animals and more nutritious.
